Departments of Water and Housing Relocated to The Towers in New Kingston

Several departments within the Ministry of Water and Housing have been relocated to The Towers, 25 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5.
The departments affected in the relocation exercise are Social Services, Housing Fund, Finance and Accounts (Main Accounts), Legal Service, Mortgage, Internal and External Audit, Land Administration, Technical Services and Housing Solutions.
This relocation is a continuation of the Ministry’s rationalization and restructuring exercise, which has been underway for the past three years. The Ministry aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations and is seeking to house all agencies with the housing portfolio under the same roof.
Conducted in phases, the relocation began last December with the Rent Assessment Board. The second phase, which is currently in progress, will see the housing branch of the Ministry also being relocated to The Towers.
