The University of the West Indies (UWI), in collaboration with the Financial Investigations Division (FID), has launched the Fundamentals of Countering Financial Crime certificate program geared at strengthening regional capacity to combat financial crimes. The program was conceptualized and developed in response to an identified skills gap within the industry, as well as the growing need to reinforce professional integrity and ethical standards.
