Twenty-six students of Jamaican heritage, attending Howard University is set to benefit from more than US$100,000 in scholarships. This was made possible by the Jamaican Howard University Affinity Network (JHUAN), an organization established through the joint vision of former Jamaican Ambassador to the United States Audrey Marks and Howard University president Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick, as well as a personal desire of Chairman Don Christian to give back to Jamaica in order to improve support for Jamaican students enrolled at the university.
