Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Examination Council and Pro Registrar Dr. Eduardo Ali, recently delivered the keynote address at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona Campus School of Education 2024 Biennial Conference, exploring the topic “Revolutionizing Caribbean Education: Cultivating Critical Competences in a Shifting Landscape.” Dr. Ali emphasized that as the nature of education changes, it is critical to keep in mind the needs of the workforce right now. He highlighted that workforce development should play a bigger role in education going forward.
