NWC Commences Reopening of Customer Service Locations

NWC wishes to inform its valued customers that it restarted operations today, Friday, July 5, 2024, at some customer service locations.

These parish locations are being re-opened on a phased basis, as many of our staff are still experiencing significant difficulties from the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, and electricity and internet services are not fully restored.

The entity can confirm that the following parish commercial locations are open to the public and will be open until 3 p.m. today:

1. May Pen, Clarendon
2. Portmore and Spanish Town in St Catherine
3. Marescaux Road in Kingston & St. Andrew
4. Bevin Avenue in Montego Bay, St. James
5. Morant Bay in St. Thomas

Full operations are expected to be restored at all NWC offices on Monday 8th July 2024.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to use any of the alternative communication channels:
