Thousands of Jamaicans have benefitted from the government’s flagship social assistance programme, the Programme of Advancement through Health and Education, PATH. Thousands more are set to access even greater benefits as targeted reforms are being made to the programme.
As part of the country’s development process, an evaluation of PATH is currently being spearheaded by the Labour and Social Security Ministry, with implementation of some of the improvements planned for early 2024.
