Sir Patrick Allen (right), and Jamaica Paralympic Association (JPA) President, Christopher Samuda, unveil the Proclamation declaring March 11 as Paralympic Day annually, during a ceremony on Friday (March 10) at King’s House, where the JPA’s ‘I’m Phenomenal’ campaign was also launched.
