State Minister in the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce, Dr. the Hon. Norman Dunn (right), presents the prestigious Marcus Garvey Award for Excellence in the Performing Arts to Co-curricular Coordinator at Ardenne High School, Marsha Lawrence-Davids. She collected the award on behalf of the school during the National Performing Arts Excellence Awards Ceremony at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston, on August 17.
