Good health, especially the mental kind, is an important factor to achieving success. So, taking care of our body, particularly our brain which regulates how we function, is key.
Thanks to the pandemic, for many that hasn’t been easy to do in recent years, especially our students. Now, having assessed the psychological impacts of COVID-19 on students, the Ministry of Health and Wellness has crafted a national programme of response. We look at the programme in this week’s Healthline.
