Ecommerce is on the rise in Jamaica, with more and more Jamaicans using the internet to pay for goods and services. The rise in online business has led to increased use of credit cards, but it has also spurred an increase in illegal activities by criminals seeking to compromise the cards.

IT manager at the Consumer Affairs Commission Andrew Evelyn shared some tips for online shoppers to help protect themselves and their credit card information online during a recent interview with host Enthrose Campbell on the JIS discussion programme Get the Facts.
