 From the corner shop to the cook shop, to your favourite street vendor, chances are you have done business with a female operator. There’s no doubt that female business owners are an important feature of our economy.
But though many run their operations with a smile, not all are able to overcome the obstacles that come with doing business.
Enter the Women Entrepreneurship Support Project. It was created by the Ministry of Industry Investment and Commerce in collaboration with the Ministry of Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment & Sport through the Bureau of Gender Affairs to address several challenges faced by female entrepreneurs
