Harsher penalties are coming for travelers who entered the island during the period March 18 to 24 and have still not reported to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the Government has the manifests with the names and addresses of all persons who arrived on the island on the dates in question, noting that the authorities will now move to detain and charge those who have failed to self-identify.
