The Caribbean Institute of Hospitality Management has been transforming lives one skill at a time since 1982. The Kingston-based private institution, a training partner with the Heart Trust National Training Agency and City and Guilds, offers courses in: Culinary Management, Cooking, Cake Baking and Decoration, Waitering, Floral Arrangement and Housekeeping. The Culinary Management Diploma programme runs for 12 months and offers day and evening classes.
