With the ban on plastic in full effect, Jamaicans have been finding creative ways to dispose of their waste, without the use of the popular “scandal bags”. And residents of two communities in Westmoreland are getting help with garbage disposal, following the launch of a Solid Waste Reduction Project by Sandals Foundation in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
