Minister without Portfolio, Ministry of Finance and Planning, Hon. Horace Dalley (left), congratulates Civil Servant of the Year 2013 and Director of Production at the Jamaica Information Service (JIS), Ms. Enthrose Campbell, on her achievement. Occasion was the official launch of Civil Service Week on November 15 at the Bank of Jamaica Auditorium in Kingston, where she was announced winner of the competition. The week is being celebrated under the theme: ‘Transformation and Renewal for a Better Tomorrow’.
