PM Meets with GulfRay America’s Manufacturing Limited

Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller (fourth left) and Hon. Anthony Hylton, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce (third left) meet with representatives from GulfRay America’s Manufacturing Limited and its international partners. GulfRay Limited and its partners are now in the process of developing and expanding the Spanish Town Free Zone into a major manufacturing hub that will provide approximately 10,000 jobs for Jamaicans. Prime Minister Simpson Miller said this was a major investment for the country that will contribute significantly to the Government’s growth agenda. The international partners include representatives from the United States, India, Dubai, Panama and Dominican Republic. They met with the Prime Minister on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Jamaica House.
