Dr. Clarke and Mr. Deans discussed JN Fund Managers’ $7-billion debt refinancing of the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ)-run Wigton Wind Farm in Manchester, which is earmarked for divestment and is being prepared for listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE). Listening (from left) are Managing Director of the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ), which is piloting Wigton’s preparations for JSE listing, Milverton Reynolds; and Wigton Chairman, Duane Smith, who accompanied Mr. Deans.
