A sum of 638 million dollars has been set aside in the 2019/20 Estimates of Expenditure for the HIV Prevalence in Most-at-Risk Population Reduced Project. The funds are to be used for HIV testing, counseling and preventative interventions as well as the enrolment of 2,500 persons for antiretroviral therapy.
