When it was revealed on graduation day that Peyton Higgins was the top student for the Primary Exit Profile Examination (PEP) for Garden Hill Primary and Infant School in St. Catherine he was in awe. Peyton, who will be attending Kingston College in September, said he was both happy and relieved to know that his hard work had paid off.

Last year Jamaica recorded 1498 murders, and up to July 8 this year 700 persons have lost their lives violently. In an environment where even minor conflicts often result in harm or death, the Government continues to sound the clarion call for members of the public to use Restorative Justice to settle disputes.
