Jamaica’s Promise – MoBay City Run Awards Students $3.5 Million in Scholarships

Several tertiary and high-school students from across Western Jamaica no longer have to worry about financing their education this year, after recently receiving scholarships courtesy of the organizers of the MoBay City Run.  Some 3.5 million dollars, which represent the proceeds from this year’s MoBay City Run, were handed over during the organization’s scholarship presentation ceremony held at Sandals Montego Bay in St. James on September 28.
