Jamaica’s Promise – Greater Portmore High Celebrates CSEC Improvement

Greater Portmore High School, located in Portmore, St. Catherine is celebrating significant progress in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations moving from a 56% pass rate in 2024 to 82%. One of 56 schools on the Ministry of Education’s National School Learning and Intervention Plan (NSLIP), Greater Portmore High while in the pursuit of honour and excellence made significant strides in the English A exam improving on a 21.3 per cent to 78 per cent.
