During his recent sectoral presentation in the House of Representatives, Minister of Health and Wellness Dr. Christopher Tufton acknowledged that labor mobility or brain drain is a major challenge in the health sector, particularly among nurses. He emphasized the need for more to be done to train and retain these healthcare workers and consequently, outlined several strategies for resolving this problem.
