The HAJ is actively working to provide land titles to residents who have been occupying land without formal legal tenure.
The government recognizes the importance of infrastructure (roads, water, electricity) in creating livable communities and encouraging residents to invest in their properties.
The government is absorbing initial infrastructure costs to make land more affordable and accessible to all income groups, allowing for small deposits and installment payments
