Occasion was the Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation’s (KSAMC) Child Month ceremony held at the monument, downtown Kingston on Sunday (May 5).

Copies of the guide were handed over to the Education Ministry , during a ceremony held at the Finance Ministry’s National Heroes Circle offices in Kingston on Friday (May 3).
