JACRA Endorses JaSPICE Project

Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining, Hon. Floyd Green (second right), and State Minister in the Ministry, Hon. Franklin Witter (right), accept a symbolic cheque for $6.2 million to purchase a generator from Chief Executive Officer, GK Foods Domestic, Frank James, and GK’s General Counsel and Chief Corporate Secretary, Gail Moss-Solomon, during a handover ceremony in Hounslow, St. Elizabeth, on November 1. Farming supplies , valued more than $3 million, were also handed over by the company. The provisions form part of the multi-stakeholder Hurricane Beryl recovery assistance being extended to farmers in the parish.
