Five years after The Competitiveness Company (TCC), launched its Ornamental Fish Farming Project, some 150 young men and women in more than 50 inner-city communities have been trained to cash in on the global trade.
Currently, the value of fish exported yearly is estimated at almost 400 million US dollars, with over 1 and a half billion fish exported each year.
