He’s known for his explosive batting, fearless leadership, and unwavering passion for the game. From humble beginnings in Old Harbour, St. Catherine, to captaining the West Indies T20 team, Rovman Powell has become a symbol of perseverance and pride for Caribbean cricket. From as early as age ten at Davis Primary, Rovman Powell discovered his love and talent for the game of cricket. He later attended Old Harbour High School, where he captained the school’s teams at the Under-14, Under-16, and Under-19 levels.
