Flowers and wreaths that were laid by members the Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC), among other stakeholders, on Friday (June 23) at the ‘Secret Gardens’ monument in observance of the National Day of Mourning for Jamaica’s Children who have been victims of violence and abuse. The Monument, which is located at the intersection of Church and Tower Streets in downtown Kingston, was erected by the KSAMC.
