A Medical Technologist is also known as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or a Clinical laboratory technologist or a Clinical Laboratory Technicians. Commonly referred to as a ‘Med Tech’ in Jamaica, they collect samples and perform tests to analyze body fluids such as blood, urine, tissue to record normal or abnormal findings.
