PAAC invites public to share views on Environmental Regulatory Authority

The Public Administration and Appropriations Committee of Parliament (PAAC) is inviting written submissions from members of the public concerning the Green Paper on the Establishment of an Environmental Regulatory Authority (ERA). The Green Paper is currently under review by the PAAC.  Interested persons are invited to send their opinions in writing:

i)    by email to clerk@japarliament.gov.jm  
                              or
ii)   by hand to Clerk to the Houses  
                        Houses of Parliament
                        Gordon House
                        81 Duke Street
                        Kingston.

A copy of the Green Paper on the Establishment of an Environmental Regulatory Authority (ERA) can be found online at www.japarliament.gov.jm under “Green Papers” in the Publications menu.  It is called Green Paper No. 2/2010 and appears in two parts.
