Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Dr. Jean Dixon says that for the 2011/12 fiscal year, the Ministry will seek to improve its performance in terms of quality assurance, in the delivery of health service to the public.”Persons in the field must have simple guidelines to follow.
