With the formation of the Constitutional Reform Committee (CRC), Jamaica has embarked on the road to becoming a republic. The CRC is responsible for providing guidance and oversight to the government and the people of Jamaica during the process, as well as implementing recommendations on the consensuses reached. CRC youth advisor, Sujae Boswell, in an interview with JIS News explained that the process will incorporate the views and opinions of the nation’s youth.
