Social Intervention Programme Pt2: Education and Entrepreneurship Grants Programme

Even in the face of adversities, Jamaicans hold true to the saying, “Where there is a will, there is a way.”

Many at-risk youth have the will to change the trajectory of their lives, and the Government is determined to provide them with the ways and means to do so.

One of its key initiatives for doing so is via the Education and Entrepreneurship Grants Programme under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security’s Social Intervention Programme. It provides grant funding to beneficiaries which can be used to pursue education and training or entrepreneurship.
