NRSC’s Initiatives to Stem Road Fatalities

360 persons have been killed in road crashes since the start of the year, up to November 17.

While this is a 14 percent reduction in road deaths, compared to the 420 persons killed for the similar period last year, it still poses significant economic and quality of life costs for the families involved, the health care sector, and the country.

In today’s programme, we take a look at some of the strategies of the lead agency for road safety- the National Road Safety Council, NRSC in keeping road fatalities down.
