Director of Children and Family Programmes at the Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), Warren Thompson (right), displays the cover of a story book to grade-two students at the Bamboo Primary and Junior High School in St. Ann during Read Across Jamaica Day on Tuesday (May 3). Jamaica’s Promise – FLOW Girls in ICT Expo

Over 200 girls from 18 high schools island wide, many of whom had never experienced coding before, participated in Flow Jamaica’s 2023 Girls in ICT Day Expo on April 27.  Held under the theme, “Digital skills for life”, the expo allowed the young women to network with female Information, communication Technology (ICT) industry professionals.
