NWC Encouraging Customers to Use Webchat, Email & Mobile App Contact Alternatives

The National Water Commission (NWC) is encouraging customers wishing to get in contact with the enterprise to use alternative communication channels such as:

· Visit our website at www.nwcjamaica.com and use our webchat facility;

· Email us at customercare@nwc.com.jm;

· Download and use the NWC Mobile App; or

· Contact us via any of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X – @nwcjam)

This encouragement is being made now as the NWC is working with external service providers to permanently fix an intermittent fault on its toll-free number (888-225-5692 or 888-CALL-NWC), which has resulted in callers not being able to consistently get through to an Agent over the past few days.

While a quick restoration is still being hoped for, the NWC has increased the resources deployed to those other channels to ensure quick responses are available to customers.

The NWC regrets any inconvenience experienced.
