Matthew Samuda, addresses the ground-breaking ceremony for the Mason Hall Water Supply Project held at the Mason Hall Primary School in the parish on July 18. This first phase of the project will see the extension of transmission and distribution pipelines that will provide safe, reliable service to residents.
