Youth and Culture Minister, Hon. Lisa Hanna (left seated), signs a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) formalizing implementation of the Ministry’s Access to Higher Education Partnership Programme (AHEPP) at the College of Agriculture, Science, and Education (CASE), during signing Wednesday’s (September 3) signing ceremony at the institution, in Portland. The programme, being administered by the National Youth Service (NYS), will see 50 scholarships, valued $100,000 each per annum, being awarded to students deemed in need of assistance to finance their tuition and other associated expenses.
