Security Forces Encourage Persons to Use Official ZOSO Customer Service Hotline

The Zone of Special Operations (ZOSO) Communications Centre is reminding the public and persons within the Zone of Special Operations (ZOSO) to utilize the officially established Customer Service Hotline number 1-888-225-ZOSO (888-225-9676).

The 24 hour manned ZOSO hotline, which is the ONLY official communication channel has been setup to ensure that members of the Security Forces operating within the ZOSO are doing so in accordance with the Law.  This hotline will be used to safeguard citizen’s rights at all times and ensure that their complaints are addressed immediately.

It will be used to facilitate and register citizen’s complaints as well as feedback about the actions of the security forces within the ZOSO.  It will also provide explanation to persons on their rights and responsibilities within the Zone, and provide timely feedback on current activities within the ZOSO.
