King Solomon said in the book of Proverbs, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he gets old he will not depart from it.” That statement holds true for Winsome Wilkins whose years of volunteerism can be traced back to the teachings of her grandparents and other residents in the community of Beckford-Kraal in Clarendon. Mrs Wilkins says her journey of service to others started in 1973 while working at the Social Development Commission (SDC).
