Under normal circumstances October 21 this year would have been just another normal workday for Rosalee Ann Marshall. However, the day will see her being recognized by the Government for her over 3 decades of dedicated service to the Jamaica Information Service (JIS).
In this feature, we hear about Rosalee Marshall, her journey and contribution to the operations of the Government’s media agency, which led to her being awarded the Badge of Honour for Meritorious Service.
