In our last edition of You and the Law, Attorney-at-law, Linton Gordon informed that under Common Law, victims of a cybercrime in the banking sector can sue to recover missing funds.
They can bring a lawsuit against the bank either for negligence or breach of contract, or both, or bring an action to account for the monies.
Today, we continue our look at the legal recourse to cybercrimes in the financial sector.
