Seventeen-year-old Khimali Johnson is on his way to becoming one of the country’s best agri-entrepreneurs. Just recently he distinguished himself by winning the beekeeping competition at the 2023 Jamaica 4-H Clubs’ National Achievement Exposition held at the Denbigh Showground in Clarendon on Friday, May 12. The Bellfield High School student also won the competition at the parish level, but was far from confident that the would come out on top in the national event. In fact he lost confidence in his project after going head-to-head with the other regional winners.
