Minister of Labour and Social Security, Hon. Pearnel Charles Jr. (right), visits with Jamaica’s second oldest living person on record, 109-year-old Uton Samuels (second right), at his residence in Green Island, Hanover, on May 17. The occasion of Mr. Charles visit was to present Mr. Samuels with a gift basket as part of the Ministry’s activities to mark Centenarians’ Day on Monday (May 20).
