CEO at the National Environment & Planning Agency (NEPA), Mr. Leonard Francis, engages students at the St. Francis Primary and Infant School in a fun story titled "A Monsta in NEPA Village" for Read Across Jamaica Day on May 7, 2024." A Monsta in NEPA Village is a children's book that was created by the Agency to help young ones to understand the damage that can be done to the environment from the use of plastic bags. The Read Across Jamaica event, is an annual initiative coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Youth to nurture a love for reading among Jamaica's youth.
