Minister of Justice, Hon. Delroy Chuck, addresses a Justice of the Peace Sensitisation Session and Commissioning ceremony, which was held recently at the Portland Justice Centre , Buff Bay, Portland. During the ceremony, 31 Justices of the Peace were commissioned into service.
