The Jamaica 55 Diaspora Conference kicked off with with an opening ceremony at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston yesterday, (July 23).

The three-day event will facilitate dialogue between diaspora business interests, philanthropic groups, young people of Jamaican descent and Jamaicans at home.

Activities for the conferences – which is being held under the theme, ‘Partnering for Growth’- move to the Jamaica Conference Centre, downtown Kingston today.
