Full Service Restored at Some Public Hospitals, Emergencies Only at Others

The Full Story

The Ministry of Health is advising that some hospitals have returned to full service while others are only offering emergency services and in some cases elective surgeries.
The Following is the status of public hospitals across the island including the University Hospital of the West Indies:
Hospitals offering full service Port Antonio St. Ann’s Bay Regional Kingston Public Victoria Jubilee National Chest Sav-La-Mar (No elective surgeries being offered at this time) Cornwall Regional (No elective surgeries being offered at this time) Bustamante Hospital for Children Bellevue Falmouth Noel Holmes Sir John Golding Rehabilitation Centre Hope Institute
Hospitals offering emergency services only University Hospital of the West Indies Spanish Town Linstead Annotto Bay Port Maria Mandeville Percy Junor May Pen Black River Princess Margaret (elective surgeries are also being offered) St. Josephs

The Ministry will continue to monitor the situation and advise the public accordingly.
