Bruce Golding to be sworn in today as Prime Minister of Jamaica

The swearing-in of Mr. Bruce Golding, as Jamaica’s eighth Prime Minister, will be web cast today (September 11), at 4:00 p.m. The ceremony will be held at King’s House, the official residence of the Governor-General.
Jamaicans at home and abroad, as well as other interested persons, can log on to the JIS website at www.jis.gov.jm, or at www.mct.gov.jm and www.jlpteam.com to see the live broadcast.
The web cast is to facilitate Jamaicans worldwide, who are unable to attend the historic event.
