American philosopher Noam Chomsky once said, the internet could be a very positive step towards education, organization and participation in a meaningful society. That was the message digital marketer Kadia Francis shared with young people attending the HEART/NSTA Youth Festival at the Jamaica Conference Centre on November 22 to improve their marketability.
